The following service procedures, if performed as indicated, will help ensure proper operation

and extend the life of your heater.

Description Daily Weekly Monthly Pre-

season

Inspect propane tank, regulator, and excess flow

valve

Inspect combustion air inlet for obstructions

Inspect exhaust pipe for blockages

Clean combustion blower

Oil motor bearings

Inspect fuel lines for leaks using leak detector

Inspect and if necessary tighten mounting

hardware

Have propane tanks inspected for excess oil,

desiccant, water etc.

Check electrical connections including ground

Operate heater during non-heating season



Service Tip

: Use high temp anti-seize compound on burner head screws.
